If you want to request an order cancellation, please email us at sales@marcojacket.com within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. We will refund your full amount if your order has not yet entered the processing stage.
For customer satisfaction, we follow these guidelines if you cancel after 24 hours of order confirmation:
You are eligible for a full refund, no deductions.
30% of the amount paid will be deducted from your refund.
If only 3 days remain before dispatch, 50% of the product amount will be deducted.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. You can instead use our 30-day Return and Exchange Policy to return the item and claim a full refund.
