Can I Request Order Cancellation After 24 Hours?
For customer satisfaction, we present the following guidelines. If you want to cancel the order processing after 24 hours of confirmation, kindly consider the following points.
Within 24 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.
After 24 hours: If you cancel the order after 24 hours, then 30% of the amount you paid will be deducted. If only 3 days are remaining in the dispatch of your order, and you cancel it, then 50% of the product amount will be deducted.
Shipped orders: If the parcel has been dispatched, then you are unable to cancel the order. However, our 30-day Return and Exchange Policy allows you to return the item, and after that, you can claim a full refund.
Note: Please take into consideration that your customized items are not eligible for order cancellation once it has entered the processing stage.
