The cancellation policy lists a 30% deduction after 24 hours and a 50% deduction when only three days remain before dispatch. Ask support which condition applies to your order.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled after processing starts, and dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Any return must meet the separate return policy; a cancellation request does not override its exclusions.
